RETURNS, REFUNDS & EXCHANGES

We hope you are happy with your purchase from VILLA BORN. However, we understand that sometimes things might not be quite right, or you may change your mind. We offer refunds for any unwanted items returned to us in new, unworn, and saleable condition, with the original packaging and all VILLA BORN garment tags and labels still attached.

Right of Withdrawal (Widerrufsrecht)

As per EU consumer rights, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving your order.

To exercise this right, please notify us by email at info@villaborn.com within 14 days of receiving your order.

All returns must be made within 14 working days of receiving your order. If your return is received after 14 days, we may issue store credit or refuse the return and send the item back to you.

Return Conditions

• Items must be returned within 14 days of notifying us.
• Products must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition, including all tags and packaging.
• We do not accept returns on final sale items, unless they are faulty.
• Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the item is faulty or sent in error.

Packaging & Shipping Returns

Returns must be securely packaged to prevent damage in transit. We reserve the right to refuse refunds or exchanges for items damaged due to insufficient packaging.

You may use any courier of your choice; however, you are responsible for the returned goods until they reach our warehouse. We highly recommend using a tracked serviceand retaining proof of postage.

We are not liable for lost returns without tracking information.

Refunds

We aim to process all refunds within 14 days of receiving your return. Refunds will typically clear to your original payment method within 5 working days, although times may vary depending on your bank or payment provider, especially for international customers.

Exchanges

We accept exchanges for items of equal value.

If you wish to exchange an item (e.g., for a different size), please email us at info@villaborn.com with your order number and the requested exchange details.

Once your return is received and approved, your exchange will be shipped. Please include a note inside your return package with your return details and ensure the package is sent via a tracked service.

Important Notes

• Refunds are only issued for items returned within the 14-day return period and in their original condition.
• If your parcel is undelivered or lost with the courier, you must notify our Customer Service team within 14 days of placing your order.
• We do not accept responsibility for missing, lost, or damaged parcels reported after 14 days.
• We reserve the right to refuse any refund or exchange for items that are returned damaged due to improper packaging.
